Return or Exchange Policy:
- Please contact us before sending any product back for a refund or exchange.
- Return postage will be the buyers responsibility.
- Any returns must be made (postmarked) within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. All sales final thereafter.
- Returned products must be in resalable condition (new or like new) and include all original packaging and product documents that was included. (Please do not discard or destroy any of the original product packaging and product documents that was included.)
- Returns must include your order invoice or receipt (copy or original) for quick processing.
- Please include a short note for the reason of the return and refund request.
- Postage or shipping cost is not refundable.
- Products that have or show abuse or neglect will be denied a refund or exchange.
- Approved refund will be securely made via Paypal or BlueStarZone store credit.
