FAQ:

Shipping: BlueStarZone.com will only ship within the USA (50 states). Sorry, we are not able to ship internationally.

Shipping method: USPS Priority (3 - 5 days delivery) is our primary shipping method. Other shipping methods are available with prior arrangements. Please contact sales@BlueStarZone.com with any special shipping requirements. All other shipping methods may require additional cost and fees.

Shipping time: BlueStarZone.com usually ships out orders within 48 hours after the order has been received and confirmed. You’ll receive a email to confirm shipping and a USPS tracking #. Most in stock item orders are delivered to you within 7 business days.

Sales Conditions: All sales are final. Manufacture defect items can be shipped back for exchange only. Consumer must contact sales@BlueStarZone.com for exchange authorization. Consumer pays for return exchange shipping. BlueStarZone.com will check and verify that all products that are shipped is free from any defects.

Product Exchanges: If a product is found to have a manufactures defect, exchange can only be done with prior exchange authorization from the sales department. Please contact sales@BlueStarZone.com for information about product exchanges.

Out of stock and backorder products: BlueStarZone.com tries its best to keep its products well stocked. In the event of any item being out of stock, backordered, or unavailable, please contact sales@BlueStarZone.com for more information. Products are usually re-stocked within 14 days.
